Uniquely, this unit is one of the few featuring a second entrance to the bathroom from the living room, ensuring guests on the sofa bed have access without entering the primary bedroom.

The heart of the condo is a large, open-concept living space. It features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar that seats four. For convenience, a stacked washer/dryer is located just off the kitchen. The main living area is outfitted with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming or remote work.
