This expansive home welcomes up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main floor features a large primary suite complete with a King bed and a private bathroom boasting dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Upstairs, you will find three additional large bedrooms: Bedroom 2 features two Queen beds, Bedroom 3 offers a King bed, and Bedroom 4 includes both a King and a Queen bed.

The heart of the home is a stylish great room and dining area, anchored by a cozy gas log stove that provides a classic mountain ambiance. For those who love to cook, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and includes a charming breakfast nook for casual morning meals. Person reserving the cabin must be at least 25 years old All guests will receive detailed check-in information within 24 hours of making their reservation. Please be sure to keep these instructions as we do not typically send them again. Each guest will receive a confirmation message shortly after booking. If you have questions about your reservation our office is open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm. You will receive all contact information after confirming your reservation. Cell phone service is spotty with mainly AT&T in Murphys and Verizon in Arnold. All our cabins are on septic systems so it is very important to only flush toilet paper. Most cabins have water heaters of 50-75 gallon capacity so you may need to stagger your showers or run dishwasher during non- shower times to ensure hot water for all! Smoking is not permitted in any cabin. Campfires are also prohibited. Outdoor fire pits are only to be utilized in winter months due to high fire risk. Although below the snow line Murphys does get dustings of snow during the winter months. When using the BBQ always turn off the propane when done. Clean the grill after each use to discourage wild animals. If you run out of propane there should be a 2nd can on site, if not please contact Cedar Creek Realty for a refill. Due to the nature of our area, wifi- although advertised - is not guaranteed. There are no refunds for non-operable wifi. Please do not tamper with the wifi password or settings. If you are having issues we are always available to assist in anyway we can. Check Out time is 11am - please text through your portal when departed. Please be courteous of your neighbors the local noise curfew is 10:00 p.m. noise carries in hills and mountains so please bring it inside by 10:00 pm. Any violation of policies could result in fines and eviction.
