The kitchen is a chef’s delight, fully stocked with high-quality knives, gadgets, and spices to make family meals a joy to prepare.

Sleeping arrangements are located on the second floor, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite offers a king bed and a memorable, spa-like en-suite bathroom featuring a gracious tub and lovely glass surround shower. The second bedroom provides a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of bunks, each with a twin and full-size bed. Additionally, a cozy loft with a TV and a comfortable sofa sleeper creates a flexible space for kids or extra guests.

For entertainment, guests have access to a detached, heated and air-conditioned family room that serves as a private theater, complete with ping-pong and corn-hole. Outside, the property is an athlete’s dream with a sports court for pickle-ball, badminton, volleyball, and basketball, as well as 2,000 square feet of deck space and a propane fire pit for relaxing evenings. A private 30 Amp electric car charger is also available on site.

Located 19 miles from downtown Leavenworth’s shops and dining and 33 miles from Stevens Pass Ski Resort, the home is ideally positioned for hiking, biking, and winter sports.

• Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Guests must complete a brief rental agreement via NW Comfy Cabins to comply with Chelan County regulations.
• Restrictions: Outdoor burning is not allowed per permit regulations. Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted.
• Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD vehicles and tire chains are strongly recommended during winter months due to unpredictable mountain road conditions.
