There is a bug on Airbnb that's allowing guests to seclect a check in time earlier than 4pm. This early check in request is not recognized as an approved early check in and is not recognized by the host as an early check in unless discussed & approved by your host.

Please follow all condominium rules, I will send them to you in a separate message. If any violations are issued during your reservation, the fine will be taken from your deposit.

An electronic fob will be provided for condo. If the fob is lost or not returned there will be a $250 fee that will be charged to your deposit. These are the only fobs that we have. Please make sure to return them to the unit upon checkout.

Every 3rd Tuesday of each month, there is a potential for a water shut off from 9am-12pm for maintenance work that needs to be done in the building.

This listing is on the ground floor. You will need to use the ramp that is located to the right of the unit to access the front door of the unit, near the elevator. There are no stairs inside the listing.

AC is seasonal. Meaning in the winter months there is no AC. And in the summer months there is no heat. Please note this is the case for all units at the Maya Condos. So don't think another unit will have central AC, because this applies to everyone in this complex.

No food or drinks within 4ft from the pool/spa. Not even in plastic containers. Monitored by CCTV. This means no drinks in the pool, please keep all drink on the tables that are pool side.

No jumping/diving into the pool. This is monitored by CCTV.

No jumping the pool/spa gate. This is monitored by CCTV.

Do not give anyone access to the pool or spa who’s not on your reservation. If another person's fob is not working, please do not let them in the pool/spa. This is a violation of condo rules. Monitored by CCTV.

Pool and spa are closed from 10pm - 8am. No trespassing during these times. Security is on site and police will be called and you will be removed.

All building amenities are controlled, operated and maintained by the HOA/Building maintenance. Any closures of these amenities are out of our hands and no refunds will be issued as a result. Common amenities include but are not limited to the pool, spa, gym and clubhouse. Please ask before making a reservation if any amenities are scheduled to be closed. Building maintenance decides when to switch over from heat to ac and visa versa. Half the year will be ac and the other half will be heat.

Any and all violations issued by the HOA will be passed on to the guest. As long as you follow the rules, there shouldn't be any issues.

in the master bedroom the sliding closet mirror door has a crack in the bottom left corner. we are aware of this and you will not be held responsible for the damage. The crack does not affect the usage of the door
