The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 beds: the primary suite features a king bed with deck access and a luxurious ensuite bathroom boasting a soaking tub, dual vanity, and walk-in shower; the second bedroom offers a queen bed; and the third bedroom contains a twin-over-twin bunk bed. For additional flexibility, the sitting room includes a full-size futon. The layout is completed by a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a convenient half bathroom.

The interior is defined by an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights that flood the space with natural light. Guests can enjoy the warmth of a wood stove during cooler evenings or relax with mid-century modern furnishings and a smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, a breakfast bar, and a dining table.

• Restrictions: No smoking or vaping; no parties; quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Please follow the Bend Good Neighbor Guidelines.
• Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
