Large windows invite beautiful natural light throughout the space, enhancing the inviting ambiance.

Designed for entertainment and convenience, the home includes a wide variety of features to keep guests engaged. You will find Roku, a DVD library with a player, and a selection of books and games. For those seeking active fun, the garage is equipped with foosball, Ping-Pong, and bikes (four for adults and one for child). Additional conveniences include a private washer/dryer and a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

One of the standout features is the private hot tub, providing a bubbly retreat for winding down after a day of exploration. Note that the tub is set to 85 degrees between guests, so simply turn it up upon arrival to reach your desired temperature within a couple of hours.

Location is everything at Black Butte Ranch. Guests have access to an array of on-site activities, including the Big Meadow Golf Course, pickleball, tennis, and the Black Butte Disc Golf Course. The ranch also features shared pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center, along with a general store, restaurants, and a rental shop.

The home offers partial A/C, though the fresh Central Oregon breezes are refreshing when windows are opened in the evening. Winter guests are perfectly positioned for sledding and skiing, with Santiam Sno Park at HooDoo under 16 miles away and Mt. Bachelor approximately 35 miles away. Additionally, the dining and trails of Sisters and Camp Sherman—including the renowned fly fishing of the Metolius River—are just a short drive away.
