1/ PURPOSE OF THE INTERNAL RULES

The purpose of this contract is to rent a property as determined as follows:

VILLA located at 45E IMPASSE DES ROMPUDES 30390 ARAMON

The Lessor gives to rent to the Tenant the premises on a seasonal, week or weekend basis

• Number of rooms • 1 suite 2 people bathroom toilet and dressing room • 2 BEDROOMS 2 people, shared bathroom • 2 toilets • 1 full full kitchen • 1 TV lounge • 1 Dining area

• 2 parking spaces

2/ CLEANING

End-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation if it is made after March 7, 2026; otherwise, it must be carried out by the tenant. Tenant's obligation to tidy up and clean before checkout: kitchen items (sink, refrigerator, oven, etc.), clean and store the dishes in the cupboards, leave THE HOUSE clean and free of any scraps or waste (the garbage cans will be emptied). Place all linens and towels in the shower. HOUSEKEEPING package included Towel KIT 140 × 80 = €0.50 per person Bed sheet set = €12 per bed

3/ CONDITIONS THAT MAY CANCEL THE RENTAL WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

This lease is made under the following charges and conditions that the Lessee undertakes to perform and accomplish, namely:

1. Only occupy the premises bourgeoisly, the exercise of any business, profession or industry being strictly prohibited, the Tenant acknowledging that the premises are the subject of this contract are only rented to them for temporary and recreational residence.

2. Respect the capacity of the house.

3. Respect the destination of the home and do not make any changes in layout furniture and premises;

4. Can't substitute for any person, or sublet, in full or Partially, even free of charge, unless the landlord agrees in writing.

5. No private parties and other parties are possible. (if nighttime noise or other it may be an immediate reason to stop the rental)

6. Respect the neighborhood,

7. Refrain from throwing into the sinks, baths, bidets, sinks, objects likely to be obstructed The pipes, otherwise they will be liable for the costs incurred for the delivery of Service of these amenities.

8. Make any claim regarding the facilities within 48 hours of entering the Accommodation. If not, it will not be accepted.

9. Notify the Lessor as soon as possible of any damage affecting the dwelling, its furniture or its amenities. Repairs made necessary by negligence or bad maintenance during the rental, will be the responsibility of the tenant.

10. Authorize the Lessor, or any third party authorized by it for this purpose, to carry out, during the term of the rental, any repairs ordered by the emergency. The Tenant will not be able to claim any rent reduction in case urgent repairs incumbent on the landlord would appear in rental class.

11. Avoid any noise or behavior, because of their family or because of their relationships, likely to disturb the neighborhood.

12. We are on a sensitive area (the barbecue part can be made only with charcoal no wood fire can be tolerated under penalty of firefighting at the expense of the tenant.

13. Accept the visit of the premises if the Lessor or his agent so requests.

14. Maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs in end of rental. If any items in the inventory are damaged, the Lessor may claim their replacement value. Hide
