To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, five-star experience, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following: Occupancy & Guests Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors. No Smoking This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home. A minimum $500 fee will be charged for violations. Pets Select homes are pet-friendly (dogs only). Maximum of 2 dogs under 45 lbs unless approved. Pet fee: $50 per pet, per night. Pets must be crated when left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Late check-out may be available upon request (not guaranteed). Unapproved late departures may incur additional fees. Property Care Please treat the home with care as if it were your own. Do not move furniture or remove items from the property. Any damages must be reported immediately. Deliveries & Personal Items Guests may ship items to the home at their own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or belongings. Please do not leave luggage or valuables unattended outside. Pool & Amenities Use all amenities at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool heating (if available) must be requested in advance and is subject to a nightly fee. Do not tamper with pool equipment. Bicycles & Water Equipment Some homes provide complimentary bicycles and paddleboards for guest use. All equipment is used at your own risk. Guests are responsible for safe operation, proper storage, and any damage or loss. Children must be supervised at all times when using equipment. Life jackets are strongly recommended for all water activities. Parking Park only in designated areas. Do not block neighboring driveways or exceed allowed vehicle count. Safety & Compliance No illegal activity permitted on the premises. Guests must comply with all local laws and HOA regulations. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Respect the Experience This home is part of a curated collection of luxury properties. Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees, termination of your stay, and loss of deposit.
