Designed for convenience and comfort, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to maximize space: the first bedroom features a queen bed for two, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bunk bed to sleep four. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa. After a day on the slopes, you can gather around the warm wood-burning fireplace, sink into the comfy sectional, and enjoy the views of skiers passing by.

This down-to-earth retreat is equipped with everything you need for a seamless stay. You can prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them in the full-sized dining area. To keep your space tidy, the home includes a practical mudroom entry with dedicated storage for your boots and gear, as well as a secure ski locker for your skis and snowboards.

Location is everything at this on-mountain getaway. Situated near the Kettlebrook and Bull Run ski trails, the home allows you to ski or ride down to the A & B Quads in the Clocktower Base Area. This convenient hub is home to the ticketing office, rentals, ski programs, and popular dining spots like The Bull and The Loft restaurants. Ideally located toward the bottom of Okemo Ridge Road, the property ensures an easy drive up the mountain with beautiful views of the slopes.

RENTAL RULES

SMOKING: SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.

VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area, not on the lawn and adjacent properties.

PARKING PASSES ARE REQUIRED. They will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.

OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. The Guest who is responsible for booking the stay must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay.

PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.

CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home.

FIREPLACE USAGE: Please follow instructions posted in the unit. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.

INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, coffee maker, televisions, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.

CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.

PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4:00 P.M. unless arrangements have been made prior to arrival. Check out time is no later than 11:00 A.M.
