The home features a split bedroom floor plan designed for privacy and comfort. The master bedroom is a true retreat, offering two full-size beds, an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower, and direct access to the patio and backyard. Bedroom two provides a restful queen bed, while bedroom three is perfect for kids or extra guests with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom serves the guest rooms and includes a shower/tub combination.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and connection. The living room features a comfy sofa bed, an armchair, and a large SmartTV for movie nights. For dining, enjoy your meals at the farm table, which comes equipped with two benches and two chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all major appliances, essential cookware, and dinnerware to make preparing home-cooked meals a breeze.

Outside, you can unwind in the fully-fenced backyard, which includes a patio with a grill and a small table and chairs for outdoor dining. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located near the garage entrance.

• Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds. All yard waste must be cleaned up.
• Cancellation: 97% of payment is returned if cancelled within the free cancellation period (3% is retained by the credit card processor).
