Inside, the home boasts brand-new flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and living room, complemented by high standards of cleanliness and professional decoration. • Notice: Elevator and lobby renovations are scheduled from August 24, 2026, through September 3, 2026; guests may experience temporary noise during this time.
