HOUSE RULES:    As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that they have been reviewed.  

• Absolutely no parties. We do not consider adults consuming adult beverages to be a party. A party is a party, if you try to throw one, you will regret it. County authorities will be engaged, and you will lose your Airbnb account.
• If your stay includes a Monday, please be sure to roll the Pellitteri branded trash cans to the curb. There should be one recycling, and two trash (one large, one small). Trash pickup starts at 7am on Tuesday, so please make sure to have it out the night before!
• No use of firearms
• No use of fireworks
• 8 guest maximum
• Only booked guests may be on the premises. If you have questions about this please ask us.
• No shoes within the house.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am.
• There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
• PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. Our cleaner charges extra for dishwashing and that cost will be passed on to you.
• PARKING: ample parking is provided in the driveway in front of the home. No more than 5 vehicles may be parked on the premises. Our driveway is suitable for cars of any size. No RVs or large trailers, you will have a no fun time turning around and backing out the looong driveway.
• You will have access to all of our books and games during your stay. Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay.
• Feel free to use the grills on the deck, if there is propane in the tanks, feel free to use it. If the tanks are empty, feel free to exchange them anywhere in town.
• Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.
• Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.  The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
• Please do not rearrange our furniture.
• If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also a home for our family of 7, so please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
• These house rules are required by the county to maintain a predominantly single family + owner occupied character of the surrounding area
