- Noise & Conduct: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise disturbances may result in a $250 fine and/or early checkout.
- Smoking: Smoking and illicit drugs are not permitted indoors, though smoking is allowed outside.
- Verification: The primary guest must be 25 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all reservations, and a secure pre-arrival verification link must be completed.
- Pets: No pets are allowed.
Additional Options & Fees Early check-in (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) and late check-out (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM) are available upon request subject to availability, with fees ranging from $31.50 to $63. An optional damage waiver is available for $32.10 per stay. For extended stays longer than 20 nights, a mandatory professional mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected after booking.

- Interior ventilation fans
- Open windows or patio doors (if available)
- Proper ventilation helps prevent disturbances to other residents and ensures the building stays safe.
Mid‑stay clean fee: For stays longer than 20 nights, a mandatory professional mid‑stay cleaning will be required. This service helps ensure the home remains in excellent condition and meets our cleanliness standards. The fee will be collected after booking.
