Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Minimum rental age of 25+ (strictly enforced; no Spring Breakers)
• Pets & Smoking: No pets allowed and no smoking permitted on the premises
• Parking: One vehicle parking pass is included. Garage parking is limited to one vehicle during peak seasons (May 21-25, June 13-July 27, Sept 3-7, and Lobsterfest). Additional passes may be available for $25 outside these dates.
• Policies: Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed. A Ring camera is installed at the front door for security.
