To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information: check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be aware that pets are not allowed at this property. The base price for all of our vacation homes is for up to four people. Every additional person is $16.00 + tax per day. For the Wischis Florida Home - Sunshine Beach it is $26 + tax per day. Electricity: You have $5 electricity per day (29.4 KW / day) included, everything that goes above that gets charged at $0.17 per KW. Our property manager takes pictures from the power meter on the day when you arrive and on the check out day. We can never really predict how much electricity people use as it depends largely on the outside temperature, how you have your A/C's running, at what temperature the pool or spa heater is running, whether you have all the fans running or not, that type of thing. If you have a power overuse we will inform / invoice you thru airbnb.
Additional rule for The Dream: Different functions of the home are run either by electricity, solar or gas. You have $5 gallon gas per day included, everything that goes above that gets charged at $4 per gallon. You have $5 electricity per day (29.4 KW / day) included, everything that goes above that gets charged at $0.17 per KW.

If applicable, the boat dock may be used by the tenant to dock boats. It is not guaranteed that the boat lift will be available for use by the tenant.
