The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across 10 cozy beds: the Master Bedroom offers a King bed and a toddler bed with a private ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each feature a Queen bed; and Bedroom 4 provides two Single (Twin) beds. For additional guests, Den Space A and Den Space B each include a pull-out Queen sofa bed, with two additional twin sofa beds located in the common areas.

Bathroom convenience is prioritized with a centrally located full bath serving bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, and a third full bathroom positioned near the kitchen and living areas for those utilizing the den spaces.
