The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and television, while the third bedroom includes two Twin beds and a television. For additional sleeping space, the living room—which features brand-new furniture added in May 2026—includes a Queen sleeper sofa.

The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar for two, ideal for quick bites or family meals. The open and comfortable living spaces are designed for relaxing after a day of sun and surf, with sliding doors that bathe the room in natural light.
