The downstairs layout consists of an open living, kitchen, and dining space, alongside a primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms—one open queen bedroom and one full bedroom with a door—both of which include ceiling fans and a shared bathroom with a shower.
