Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This two-level home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main level features a master bedroom with a king bed and a small walk-in closet. The second level includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a small walk-in closet, as well as a loft sleeping area equipped with full-size and twin-size bunk beds. Both levels provide access to full bathrooms, including a main floor bath with a glass and tile shower.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Due to local wildlife, guests must keep windows and patio doors closed during the summer to prevent bears from entering. Please note that the community pool may require a per-person fee paid at the clubhouse. For security, the property is equipped with two outdoor cameras facing the front and back.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.
• No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
