The layout is thoughtfully designed for families and groups, with the main level hosting two spacious bedrooms each featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TVs, and attached full bathrooms with shower/tub combos. The lower level includes an inviting third bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and its own attached full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

• House Rules: Parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. No food or trash may be left outside due to local wildlife.
• Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles on-site; additional parking is available in the pool area.
• Security: An exterior security camera is present on the property.
