Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To maintain the quality of the home, guests are asked to keep the apartment in perfect condition. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and parties are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask that you do not disturb the neighbors, particularly during the night. Please ensure that no more people stay in the apartment than the number of registered guests on the reservation. Pets are not allowed.

Additional details include a tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night (applicable for guests aged 17 and older for the first 7 nights of the stay), which is not included in the rental price. While parking is available very close to the apartment, it is not included in the rental cost.
