On the main level, you will find the primary living area, which is bright, airy, and designed for gathering. This space includes an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. The sleeping arrangements on this level consist of a Master Bedroom with a King bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a Guest Bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a Full bed. The lower level serves as a private entry suite, accessed exclusively through a private exterior entrance. This area includes one bedroom with two full beds and a full bathroom, along with a sitting area featuring a table and chairs. Please note that air conditioning on the lower level is provided in the bedroom only.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home is fully equipped for a seamless stay. The kitchen includes cookware, dishware, utensils, and essentials. For outdoor enjoyment, there is an elevated open-air balcony for morning coffee and a gas grill for cooking. To make your beach days effortless, the host provides beach chairs, towels, toys, noodles, a beach cart, and two coolers.

Located in a prime area of Bonita Springs, you can easily walk or bike to nearby restaurants, bars, and local favorites, all within approximately 2 miles.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval. Only non-shedding, hypoallergenic breeds under 20 lbs are permitted, with a fee of $200 per dog. Please confirm eligibility prior to booking.
• Restrictions: No interior access between upper and lower levels. The downstairs sitting area is not intended as a sleeping space. No visitors are allowed without written approval. Exterior cameras monitor all entry points.
