The layout consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom serves as a serene retreat with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with one queen-size bed and one single bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. For added flexibility, the living area includes a sofa bed to provide extra sleeping space when needed.

Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the interior features a cozy living space with comfortable furnishings and TVs with Wi-Fi access. The open-concept, well-equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops and all the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease, ensuring you feel right at home. To make your arrival seamless, fresh linens and towels are provided throughout the condo.

Situated within the Arcadian Dunes complex, the property is ideally located near the best attractions of both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, while remaining far enough off the beaten path to preserve a sense of privacy. Guests can enjoy an effortless daily routine with the beachfront just a five-minute walk away and the pool only a two-minute stroll from the door.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that the primary renter must be at least 21 years old. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the resort, parties are not permitted, and a quiet time is observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Additionally, parking is available for a fee of $20 for the duration of your stay. Guests are kindly asked not to adjust the fridge temperature above the recommended setting. Please note that the fitness room is not open to guests.
