Please plan to arrive after 4pm - head straight to the home when you do to start settling in.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles: one mid-sized or compact car in the garage, and one in the paved driveway. Street parking is not allowed anywhere in the neighborhood. The HOA monitors parking closely, and vehicles parked outside these spaces may be towed at owner expense. During the day, you may use unsigned parking areas along Bangtail Way if needed.
When you leave the home, please lock the door manually - it does not lock automatically. Press the Schlage button, then rotate the deadbolt under the keypad toward the door opening to engage it.
Please keep noise considerate, especially during evening hours - your neighbors will appreciate it.
- Before checkout
Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Gather up sheets and start a load of laundry if you can. If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
