This beautiful, light-filled sanctuary is designed to capture the early morning sunshine, providing the perfect setting to enjoy your first coffee while soaking up stunning views overlooking the spectacular Rubicon Estuary.

The home features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master suite is located upstairs, boasting a walk-through wardrobe that leads into a private ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a shower; one bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a built-in wardrobe, while the other contains two single beds. To ensure everyone has plenty of personal space, the residence offers three large living areas, including a dedicated entertainment room, as well as a lounge and balcony where you can soak in the ocean views.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is furnished tastefully for your comfort and includes a good-sized laundry with internal and external access, complete with a washing machine and dryer for those rainy Tassie days. Guests can also enjoy a large undercover outdoor entertaining area equipped with a Weber BBQ and ample seating, ideal for impressing daytime visitors.

Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, Hawley Beach is an ideal escape year-round. You are steps away from a perfect swimming area, surfing spots, and beach walks. At low tide, guests can take the kids to the island for a crab and starfish hunt. Within a one-minute drive, you will find the boat ramp and a local surf club, while summer Friday nights feature local markets with food, music, and entertainment. Essential services including Woolworths, IGA, and the Shearwater Tavern are all within a five-minute drive, alongside a selection of fine cafes such as The Workshop, Muse, Brewstone, and Trend Shed.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM via a key lockbox on the side of the house, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed.
