2. Parties and events are not allowed. Loud music and excessive noise are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3. Visitors require prior written authorization from Capitalia. Unauthorized visitors may be denied access.
4. Register every minor staying at or visiting the property. Documentation may be requested only when applicable regulations or building policies require it.
5. If parking is arranged, follow the authorized staff's instructions.
6. Turn off lights, air conditioning and electronics; close windows and lock the door whenever you leave.
7. Follow all building rules, schedules, and staff instructions in shared areas.
8. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs and firearms are prohibited inside.
9. Check for your belongings before departure. Capitalia is not responsible for items left behind.
10. Damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or rule violations may result in charges when Airbnb policy allows it.
11. Avoid food or drinks on beds and sofas.
12. The reservation holder is responsible for registered guests, minors, and authorized visitors.
13. Only guests on the reservation may stay overnight; occupancy changes require written approval.
14. Report damage, malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
