This expansive 1,100 square foot residence is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The unit features a unique, adaptable design with sliding pocket walls, allowing you to transform the space into a roomy single bedroom or an open loft-style studio to suit your needs. The primary bedroom offers a cloud-like king size bed with high thread count sheets and direct terrace access. The guest bedroom features a versatile queen size Palliser sofabed with a gel-infused memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms enjoy the privacy of en suite bathrooms, complete with marble vanities and rainfall showerheads.

At the heart of the home is a chef's kitchen designed to delight, boasting marble waterfall edge tables, imported Italian cabinetry, and a Smeg countertop stove. The space is further enhanced by marble floors, diffused LED lighting, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that expand the width of the living area. Guests can relax on a comfortable sectional sofa or step out onto the private covered terrace to soak in views of the Bay of Banderas and the world-famous Los Muertos Pier.

While the unit itself is opulent, the building's rooftop is truly world-class. Guests have access to a glittering infinity-edged pool, two large hot tubs, a full-service bar, and a fully-equipped gym. For relaxation, explore the sunken firepits, private cabanas, and the reading library overlooking the Sierra Madre Mountains.
