Pets $50/each for entire stay. Limit 3 without manager approval.
-Pets must be crated if left unattended in the house.
-Pets should not be allowed on the furniture; pet nails can cause damage, pet hair can be difficult and time consuming to remove from furniture, and pet odors can cause issues for future guests. If this will be difficult for your furry friend, please come prepared with pet blankets/sheets to protect furniture and bedding and make sure your pet is clean and dry before allowing them on the covered furniture.
-Please keep pets leashed when outside fully fenced areas. This is for the protection of others, as well as your pet as wildlife abounds in the mountains!
-Pets are absolutely not allowed in spas, saunas, showers or bathtubs.
-Be sure to properly bag up pet waste and leave in outdoor bins.

The cleaning fee is for housekeeping to sanitize the home, clean hot tub and grill, remove trash, change and wash linens. You are still expected to be a good house guest and tidy up after yourself. We request you follow these procedures to help keep us all safe from viruses, and to help prepare the cabin for housekeeping. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at $35/hour. We are very reasonable and truly don't want to charge extra, only having to take this measure in situations of outright disrespect and/or zero attempt to tidy up.
We request you follow these check out procedures to help prepare the cabin for our cleaning staff. Please keep in mind, cleaners are there to restock supplies, change out linens and focus on sanitation and cleanliness - they are not there to do your dishes, clean up your messes, or put away everything the kids got out.
Please be sure the home looks relatively the same as when you arrived.
- Check out time is 11am.
- Be sure furniture is placed as it was upon arrival.
- Please do your dishes. Really. Seriously.
- Put any games, books or toys back the way you found them.
- Place used towels in provided linen bags (if no bags are on site, please just don't leave wet towels on the floor or furniture!)
- Please leave linens as-is so we can assess condition/ stain treat before stripping beds.
- There should not be trash or debris strewn around the home or property. Remove trash & recycling and secure it in bins outside.
- Pick up pet waste and cig. butts, secure them in outdoor bins. Remember: we haul the trash away in our vehicles!
- Countertops, fridge, oven, and microwave should be free of spills
- Remove any opened food from the fridge and cupboards. Feel free to leave unopened food; housekeepers love “cabin scores” or we donate to the local food bank
- Turn lights and appliances off, heat down to 60 degrees in winter and off in summer. If you’re not sure what season it is, keep it at 60 degrees
- Don’t forget anything! Double check for your chargers, check in drawers and under beds
- Please lock all doors and windows. Double check! If there were keys, don’t take them!
- If possible, notify us via mobile app or text that you have departed.
