Welcome to Fancie's PEC, a boutique hotel located directly on the Bay of Quinte in Prince Edward, Ontario. Discover the ultimate getaway in the Avery Suite, our largest accommodation, designed as the perfect place for friends to gather and experience the beauty of the county.

This spacious suite is located on the second level of our 4000 square foot home, offering approximately 600 square feet of refined living space. For your comfort and privacy, the suite is equipped with its own dedicated living room and a secure lock on the entrance. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 private ensuite bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Within the suite, you will find hotel-style comforts including a Smart TV, coffee and tea service, climate control, and thoughtful boutique touches throughout.

While the suite provides a private sanctuary, your stay includes access to a variety of shared guest amenities designed for relaxation and connection:

• Shared living room, dining room, and sunroom
• Fully equipped dedicated guest kitchen
• Deck with BBQ for grilling
• 5-person waterfront hot tub

• Direct access to the Bay of Quinte with a boat launch, dock, and kayaks

Set on a 1 acre property, the location is ideal for those who love the outdoors. You can take in gorgeous views of the Bay of Quinte and enjoy spectacular sunsets right from the property. The water is wonderful for swimming, though we recommend wearing water shoes or crocs to protect your feet from the rocks.

For dining, guests can utilize the shared kitchen or explore the many awesome sit-down restaurants throughout Prince Edward County and Belleville; DoorDash is also available for convenient delivery from various Belleville establishments.
