This spacious 767 sq.ft. studio is configured with one bedroom and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King-size bed featuring a hybrid coil and memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort, along with a queen sleeper sofa also equipped with a memory foam mattress.

While the general amenities list is minimal, the space is rich with room-specific details designed for your convenience. The studio features a well-equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an impressive coffee station offering a Keurig, French press, pour-over, and drip options, complemented by organic coffees and teas. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube TV. The interior also provides a full-size ironing board and iron for business travelers.

Step outside to experience amazing views of the vicinity and stunning sunrises from the top of the hill. The private outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a dining table, conversation area, gas grill, and a fire pit for relaxing evenings. Guests also have access to a Level 2 EV charger located in the garage (Tesla owners should bring an adapter).

Perfectly positioned for exploration, the property is just five minutes from downtown Paso Robles and a short drive from numerous westside breweries, distilleries, and wineries.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Strictly not allowed. The rural property is not fenced and is frequented by wild animals, including bobcats and mountain lions; pets are prohibited for safety reasons.
• Children: Not suitable for children under age 12.
• Note: The studio is located on the lower floor of a two-story structure with a workshop above. Due to its hilltop location, it can get very windy. While the bedroom space has curtains, there are no curtains on the entry door.
• Pool/Spa: Use of the pool and spa is NOT included with the rental.
