Please note that pets are not allowed. As this is a residential building in a central urban location, guests should expect typical city street noise. Additionally, be aware that building maintenance, such as window washing or safety checks, may occur periodically. To ensure a smooth stay, please provide a photo and verification when booking.

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or near the building (including the balcony).
- No parties or events
- Please remove your shoes when you enter our home.
- Check-in prior to 9pm is complimentary. We will welcome you when arrive and check you in. Late night check-in can be arranged for $35. No check-ins after midnight (12am).
- This is a residential, private building. Please be mindful of other tenants. There are rules/fines for noise complaints and illegal behavior. These fines will be deducted from the security deposit if there are any reported issues.
- If using the garage, when entering or exiting, please make sure to wait for the garage to fully close before driving away. This is for security reasons and the building will issue fines (up to $250!) for "not waiting for the gate to close". Thank you for your understanding.
- Please do not walk under the roll up garage gates. This is for safety reasons. There are pedestrian doors right next to each garage gate.
- Please do not take alcohol, food or glassware to the pool or sauna / jacuzzi. The building does issue fines for this because accidental breakage of glass or spills are extremely costly and inconvenient to fix.
- Please note that this is a secure building from top to bottom. Please DO NOT allow anyone in any doors or parking garage behind you.
- Please observe the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.
- Please remember to return the parking pass and key fobs to the unit before your departure. They are pricey to replace and would be charged against the security deposit.
- The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons only, this includes all children of any age, no exceptions.
