The primary suite is a highlight, featuring a spa-like bathroom with a garden tub, dual vanities, and a private patio.

Inside, you will find stylish décor with rustic wood furnishings and warm, inviting tones. The home features a chef's kitchen equipped with a large island, gas range, and fully stocked gadgets for home-cooked feasts, alongside expansive living and family rooms. For your convenience, the property includes a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, a stocked pantry, and various games for entertainment.

Step outside to enjoy starry Central Oregon evenings by the outdoor fire pit, or relax on the porch swing. The home offers direct trail access to Shumway Lake, allowing you to hike, bike, or horseback ride directly from your backyard.

As part of your stay, you have access to the incredible 17,000 sq. ft. Athletic Center. This facility includes two oversized seasonal outdoor pools, a waterslide, waterfall, lazy river, a year-round indoor lap pool, a fenced tot's pool, and outdoor in-ground hot tubs. Guests can also enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, tennis courts, pickleball, a half-basketball court, steam saunas, and a climbing wall.

Important Resort Fees: A non-negotiable per night per person Brasada Ranch Resort charge applies to all guests six years and older. Rates are seasonal: $36 (1/1 - 5/12), $68 (5/13 - 9/30), and $40 (10/1 - 12/31). Fees must be collected 24 hours prior to reservation to ensure facility access. A 3.5% payment processing charge also applies.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds (minus 3.5% processing fee) are not available within 30 days of the reservation, though rescheduling within 5 months may be possible. Travel insurance is strongly recommended during summer months due to potential wildfire smoke.
