The home features two luxurious King suites; the first master suite boasts a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, laptop-ready desk, and an en-suite bath with a large soaking tub and tiled walk-in shower. The second King suite offers enhanced privacy with its own private entrance, cozy gas fireplace, sitting area, kitchenette with a built-in microwave and fridge, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Athletic Center featuring seasonal outdoor pools, a waterslide, lazy river, year-round indoor lap pool, fitness center, yoga studio, tennis, pickleball, and a climbing wall. Please note that bikes are available for rent and the Spa Brasada is open to the public.

• Non-negotiable resort fees apply for guests 6+ years old: Jan 1 - May 12 ($36/night), May 13 - Sept 30 ($68/night), Oct 1 - Dec 31 ($40/night)
• A 3.5% payment processing charge applies
• Resort fees must be collected 24 hours prior to reservation to ensure facility access
• No access to the Cascade Pool (adult-only) or Ranch Rovers
• Cancellation: Full refunds (less 3.5% fee) are not available within 30 days of reservation; rescheduling may be offered
