2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The cleaning team arrives at 10AM on check-out day.
3. Local Reservations: Reservations from guests within their city of residence are not allowed. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
4. No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
5. Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity, and including prostitution is strictly prohibited.
6. Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.
7. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to owner. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform.
8. Pet Policy: No pets allowed due to allergies of others.
9. Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for anything needed beyond starter set.
10. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM daily.
11. Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. We are not responsible for internet issues but will contact internet service provider when notified by guest.
12. Guest booking must be 21 years old or older.
13. Hot tub: You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have medical issues. Do not dive headfirst into hot tub. You must supervise children under the age of 18 using the hot tub. Our housekeeper drains, cleans and refills the hot tub before your stay; therefore, it may not be warm right when you arrive.
14. Do not feed any bears! Please keep your car doors locked - the bears are extremely smart.
15. Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
