The sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom featuring a 140 cm bed and dedicated storage for your belongings. For added convenience, the home includes a separate toilet and a functional bathroom equipped with a bathtub and washbasin. This configuration comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

Located in a recent and well-maintained residence, the property strikes a pleasant balance between being tucked away in a quiet residential area and staying close to local shops. While the setting is peaceful at night and on weekends, please note that a car garage located below the building may cause some noise during the day.
