The main floor boasts an open-concept living area centered around a gas fireplace with a custom-carved mantle and a 50" television. This level includes a comfortable king bedroom with its own TV, a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a convenient laundry closet. Ascend the spiral staircase to discover an entertainment-focused upper level, featuring a game room with a pool table, a queen bedroom with a TV and ensuite bathroom, and a cozy bonus room with a double bed and TV. In total, the home provides 3 bedrooms and 3 beds to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bathrooms.

Outdoor living is a true highlight of the Bear Mountain experience. Step out onto the large ground-level deck to soak in the fresh mountain air from the four-person hot tub or enjoy an outdoor meal. The private, wooded yard is a sanctuary for gathering, featuring a two-person swing, a fire pit for evening conversations, and a park-style charcoal grill for summer cookouts.

Located less than half a mile from Ober Mountain Resort, the property is conveniently positioned for easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Guests can also enjoy access to three clubhouses, including the nearby S. Baden Clubhouse, which offers a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, a gym, and various game room activities.
