The second bedroom is designed for maximum flexibility, containing a king bed, a twin bunk bed, and a TV, served by a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Designed for those who love the water, this property provides exceptional access to Lake Almanor. Guests have access to a private boat ramp, a large dock, and an individual boat slip, along with dedicated parking for boat and jet ski trailers. For those seeking relaxation on land, there are waterfront picnic areas and large grass picnic spots nearby.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Maximum of 1 dog allowed. Breed and size must be approved by owner in writing prior to booking. Excluded breeds include Pitbulls, Danes, Shepherds, and Rottweilers. Dogs must be leashed outside and are not permitted on beds or furniture. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay applies.
• Docks: Unavailable from October 1st to May 1st.
• Parking: 2 tandem spots for up to 4 vehicles, plus boat trailer parking.
• Other: Additional owner screening is required. As this is a rural area, please keep doors and windows closed and avoid leaving food out to deter native wildlife and insects.
