The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the levels: the main bedroom on the second level features a King bed, the second bedroom on the main level offers a Queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two single-over-single bunk beds.

One of the standout features of this property is the converted garage game room, complete with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and cozy seating—ideal for evening entertainment after a day of exploration. • Pets: Dog friendly (maximum 2 dogs); pet fee is $40 per day (up to a maximum of $250), requested after booking.
• Discounts: A 10% discount is automatically applied for stays of at least one week (excludes Christmas and New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at booking, which is applied toward the total balance and is only refundable within 72 hours of the booking. If the arrival date is within 30 days of booking, full payment is required. Cancellations or changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival; those made more than 30 days in advance only forfeit the initial $300 payment. For stays of 30 nights or more, this window increases to 60 days. Travel insurance is available.
