The home is completed by one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. A standout feature of the residence is the large balcony, offering a stunning panorama of the center of Kaunas. Thanks to the strategic arrangement of the windows, the rooms are always full of natural light, creating a bright environment that ensures you will never feel gloomy.

You will have full access to the entire apartment, which is located on the sixth floor. While there is an elevator for your convenience, please note that you will need to climb a few steps to reach it.
