The Master bedroom features a King-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and direct porch access. The second bedroom offers a plush King-size bed and a Queen-size pullout sofa bed with deck access, while the third bedroom includes a Full-size bed and a Full-size trundle, a desk, and deck access. The second and third bedrooms share a nearby hallway bath.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property and is not pet-friendly; pets discovered on-site will incur a $400 fine. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-arranged and paid for, with unapproved gatherings subject to a $1000 fine. Smoking inside the home will result in a $1000 fine plus remediation costs. Unauthorized checkout delays are billed at $100 per hour. Please note that the house uses treated well water and guests must enter the lake at their own risk. Per U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulations, private dock access is not permitted.
