A large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on one side of the house, creating a secluded retreat for the primary guests. The other three bedrooms are positioned on the opposite end of the home, consisting of one bedroom with a King bed, one with a Queen bed, and one featuring two Twin beds.

The interior is highlighted by a huge open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary pots and pans for preparing family meals. Outside, a beautiful covered porch leads to your very own private swimming pool, surrounded by lush landscaping in both the front and back yards, making it an ideal setting for summer activities.

Location is everything, and this home is less than 3 minutes from the premier shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing, the House of Blues concerts, and the local favorite, Hamburger Joes. For those looking to explore, the property offers ample parking for trailers, motorcycles, and golf carts.
