About Property

Skip the basic cabin and experience glamping done right at Rustic Bearadise. Discover the ultimate mountain escape in a private, secluded setting within a 425-acre gated community in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, where wilderness meets luxury for a truly extraordinary getaway.

Designed for those who want nature outside and comfort inside, this unique layout features 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are spread across a collection of canvas tents: a large main tent housing 4 queen beds and a private smaller tent with 2 additional queen beds. To ensure a relaxing stay, the property includes 2 full private bathrooms equipped with hot showers and modern toilets. The tents are thoughtfully structured with wooden walls to provide increased privacy and support.

Inside the large tent, you will find a cozy common space featuring a tiny-home style kitchenette. This area is perfect for slow mornings and easy group meals, offering a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker, along with all necessary cookware, utensils, and serving essentials. For indoor relaxation, a cozy lounging couch is available. To ensure year-round comfort, the space is equipped with heating and A/C, though guests should note that since this is a canvas structure, it may not hold temperature as strictly as a traditional cabin.

Outdoor magic awaits beyond the tent flaps. Guests can gather by the firepit for late-night stories, relax in a giant hammock for afternoon naps, or enjoy the immaculate landscaping and scenic views under the glow of cozy string lights. A covered deck with a picnic table and outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to soak in the mountain air.

Located in the quiet Norton Creek community, you are isolated yet minutes from the best of the Smoky Mountains. You are just a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the dining and attractions of the Parkway, Dollywood, and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. The property is easily accessible via paved roads all the way to your driveway.
