The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, which includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting luxury heated floors and a rain shower.

This is a pet-friendly home; well-trained pets are welcome for a fee of $35 per night. Pets must remain off all furniture, linens, and beds, and should never be left unattended.

House rules are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful stay for all: No smoking or vaping inside or out, no parties, no digital piracy, and no shoes indoors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violations are subject to a $500 fine. For extended stays over 29 days, tenant screening, lease signing, a security deposit, and a double cleaning fee are required.
