House Rules:

• We are happy to cover your electricity and water bills at our expense, but we kindly ask you to consume mindfully as sometimes monthly electric bill can be up to 8,000 baht (never bother to switch the aircons off);

• We are happy to provide weekly bedding and towels replacement free of charge if you stay longer than 12 days with us. Please note that the apartment is equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, mechanical mop and all other required inventory to keep the place clean. If you wish to order an extra cleaning with bedding and towels replacement we can arrange it for additional 800 baht / time. Please do not wash bedding or towels in the washing machine. We provide weekly bedding and towels replacement free of charge. Please feel free to contact us for more details. In case if the bedding or towels get damaged or lost you will be responsible for the cost of replacement: bed sheet – 1200 baht; beach towel – 400 baht; bath towel – 300 baht.

• Check in time - after 3 pm and check out time is before 12.00 pm; However, if it’s possible we are quite flexible and happy to give a few hours free of charge, if the next is not standing and waiting at the door;

• If you failed to request additional rental inventory, such as baby cot & high chair or extra bedding set for the sofa bed at least 2 days prior to your check in and we need to arrange transportation of inventory additionally after your check in, there is an additional delivery fee of 500 baht paid directly to the driver, who delivers the inventory.

• Airport transfer is available. Our driver will meet you at the arrival section of the airport. The rates are as following: Daytime (05:00 am - 21:59 pm) rate is 900 baht; Night time (22:00 pm - 4:59 am) rate is 1,100 baht. We are also happy to arrange the minibus for additional 200 baht. We highly recommend ordering the airport transfer service from us. Our rates are almost the same as if you take a taxi from the airport. But the address system in Thailand doesn't work the same way as in other countries and the vast majority of taxi drivers are not familiar with GPS and any maps. That's why many of our guests, who decided to arrange transportation themselves, complained that they spent hours in the taxi cruising around trying to find the condominium. If you still decide to organize transportation by yourself please make sure you save the location to your smartphone with GPS to show the way to the taxi driver. Normally the taxi driver would ask you for the phone number of the hotel, but we are not a hotel and very often we are not available to provide explanations by phone on how to find the building. Please do not pass our phone number to taxi driver unless there's some emergency and please remember that at night we sleep :)

• Parking within the complex is only possible with parking stickers. We provide one sticker per car and scooter! Please do not take them out from the plastic covers, in case of damage or loss we'll have to charge 300 baht for each sticker! If you park a vehicle without a parking sticker, the fee is 500 baht!

• We love pets but they are not allowed by the condominium rules;

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (penalty fine is 20,000 baht), please use the balcony;
