A second bedroom also offers a king bed and a large closet, while the third bedroom provides a queen bed and convenient luggage storage. For additional guests, a sofa sleeper is available in the living area. The home features a total of 2 bathrooms, making it an excellent choice for families or groups traveling together.

Inside, you will find a unique open-concept kitchen fully stocked with cooking essentials and kid-friendly dining items, providing views of both the living and dining areas. The living space is anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and a Smart TV, perfect for movie or game nights. Outdoors, the property excels with a fully fenced backyard, a gas firepit with seating, yard games, and a gas BBQ grill with a picnic setup for dining under the stars.

Located in one of Bend's most desirable and quiet neighborhoods, you are close to a walking path and have easy access to the North/South Parkway. You can walk to 10 Barrel Eastside for pizza and brews, or take a short drive to Boneyard Brewery, Drake Park, and the shopping on Bond and Wall Streets. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to mountain bike trails and rock climbing, with Mt. Bachelor roughly 30 minutes away for winter sports and Cascade Lakes a 35-minute drive for summer kayaking.

• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Available for 3 vehicles, including one spot in the garage. All trailers and RVs require prior approval from COVH.
• Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are allowed with a fee of $40 per dog for the stay. Dog beds, bowls, and waste bags are provided. Unapproved pets may result in a $250 fine per pet.
• House Rules: No smoking inside or outside the home (subject to a $500 fine).
• Noise Ordinance: All outside activities must wind down by 10:00 PM per Bend Noise Ordinance to avoid potential eviction.
• Access: An E-Signature is required via email after booking to allow access to the home.
