WELCOME to Surfside

To ensure your stay will be restful and pleasant, we request adherence to the following rules for the safety and consideration of all guests:

PARKING ATTENDANT/SECURITY There will be a parking attendant/security on Saturday and Sunday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If the office is closed when you arrive, your parking passes will be on the managers office door. All guest vehicles must be registered in the office and display a permit during high periods of occupancy. All large vans/trucks should be parked in the main front parking lot. Boats and trailers should be parked at West End parking spaces in the front parking lot. No skateboarding or roller skating on property. No bikes inside condos, balconies, or patios.

DUMPSTERS/DUMPSTER AREA Please do not park vehicles in the dumpster area unless instructed to do so by the parking attendant. The dumpsters will not be emptied if trash is stacked in front of them; if necessary, please stack trash to the side.

TOWELS & SWIMWEAR Please do not hang towels or other items from the balcony railings front or back or place clothes racks on the patio.

WALKWAYS/STAIRWAYS Please do not place any items in the Stairways, Breezeways, Walkways or Balcony Walkways. No running on walkways and keep children from third floor walkways, as there is electrical equipment in that area. No smoking. Please put cigarettes and cigars in a proper vessel for disposal. Do not put out on walkways.

TURTLE NESTING SEASON Please keep the balcony lights turned off; also draw your drapes or blinds at night if your room is lit. Please remove chairs and boogie boards from the beach at night; Beach Patrol will discard them.

POOL Please read and observe the pool rules posted at the pool area. NO GLASS, FOOD or PETS in the pool area. No Styrofoam floats, surfboards, boogie boards or balls in the pool. Keep chairs, towels, surfboards, and other personal belongings off grass. Check feet for tar and sand before entering the pool from the beach. Do not use wading pool to wash feet. Proper bathing attire is required. Babies must wear swim diapers with a swimsuit. Children under 12 must be with an adult at the pool. Do not sit on pool rope! The pool closes at Dusk.

NOISE Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Do not slam pool gates and please tone down radios or use earphones.

SURFSIDE GUESTS Please report any cleaning or maintenance issues to your booking/rental agent. No charging of vehicles, golf carts, bikes, etc. on Surfside Property.
