The layout is unique, with both the ground floor and the second floor providing their own living area, dining room, and kitchen. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The second floor, accessed via an exterior staircase, houses the main living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with two additional bedrooms that each include a separate sitting and dressing area.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The main living room opens onto a screened deck equipped with outdoor dining furniture, which leads to an open deck where guests can enjoy natural views and admire the owner's greenhouse. For those seeking a higher vantage point, another staircase leads to a rooftop deck offering a distant view of the beach.

Situated on a spacious lot surrounded by natural vegetation, Wales Pod is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The beach at Indian Pass, ideal for shore fishing, is just a short walk away via Higgins Street. Within half a mile, guests can access the Indian Pass boat launch and ferry services to St. Vincent Island.
