On the first level, you will find a self-contained apartment complete with a double bed, a small stone sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. This space is equipped with a TV, washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning, with a balcony door offering unobstructed sea views. Also on this level is a bedroom featuring a double bed, wardrobe, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom, with French doors that open to stunning mountain and forest views.

The second level houses the main entrance, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. This floor includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and sea views, and another with two single beds and mountain views. A generous terrace with an outdoor dining area provides the perfect spot for alfresco meals.

The third level contains the final bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. For ultimate comfort, blackout curtains are provided in all bedrooms.

Outside, the property features a standout garden adorned with blooming shrubs and trees, all enclosed by handcrafted stone fences. Guests can unwind in the heated sea water swimming pool. To maintain a healthy environment, the villa employs eco-friendly cleaning practices without harsh chemicals.
