Unwind in the comfortable living room, curl up with a good book, or catch up on your favorite shows. The dining room table seats up to 8, perfect for enjoying delicious home-cooked meals. When it's time to retire, retreat to one of the three bedrooms, including a queen bed, a king bed in the primary, and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Venture outside and discover the endless outdoor adventures of the Deschutes National Forest. In winter, you'll be just 20 miles from the slopes of HooDoo Ski Area and 47 miles from Mt. Bachelor. Summer brings the nearby Metolius River and downtown Sisters, with plenty of activities and events, including the annual Sisters Rodeo. As part of the Tollgate POA, you'll have access to a variety of community amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, and volleyball. This property also includes a noise alert monitoring system to ensure a peaceful stay for all.

Pet-friendly with a $100 fee per pet (max $300 for 3 pets). Guests must not leave pets unattended at the house without them present. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
