Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with keys collected at the Welcome Center located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property; violations result in a minimum fee of 200 euros. Unauthorized stays past check-out may incur a charge of 10% of the daily rate per hour.

Additional details include a municipal tourism tax of €3.00 per person, per night for guests over 13 (up to 7 nights). For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV applies, with excesses paid by the guest. Pets are not permitted. Optional services such as airport transfers and breakfast delivery are available upon request for an additional fee.
